Signing Up for an Account

Creating your Costco Photo Center account is free!

Follow the steps below to get started.

Go to www.costco.com and click the 'Photo' link.
Click the 'Get Started' button.
Locate the 'Sign up for a new account' area of the home page.

Enter your information into the fields provided. Enter a password that is at least 5 characters long. You will need to enter your password each time you visit the Costco Photo Center, so make sure it is something you will remember, but not something that other people could easily guess. Enter your password a second time.
Click the checkbox to agree to the Costco Photo Center terms and conditions. When you sign up for a Costco Photo Center account, you agree that your use of the site will abide by our terms and conditions. You can read the terms and conditions at any time by clicking the 'terms and conditions' link at the bottom of the site. To view them now, click here.
Click the 'sign up' button and you are done!

Important Note About Your Email Address

Be sure that you sign up for your Costco Photo Center membership with an active email address. Your email address is your login, and it is the default address for any notifications that the Costco Photo Center sends. If you stop using the address you used to sign up, be sure to change your email address and therefore your login to your new email address so it is easier to remember. To check or edit your account information at any time, including your email address and password, click the 'account' link in the top right corner of most pages.

Logging in to your Account

After you have signed up for an account, you can log into your account anytime, from anywhere that has a computer with an internet connection.

Go to www.costco.com and click on the 'Photo' link. Click the 'Get Started' button.
Enter your email address and password in the 'Log in to your account' area of the home page.

Click the 'log in' button.

Tip: If you forgot your password, click the link and enter your email address to have it sent to you.

Is it possible to sign up for a Costco Photo Center account by mail or over the phone?

The only way to sign up is by entering your information online.

What do I do if I've forgotten my password?

Follow the steps below to have your password emailed to the email currently stored in your account.

Go to www.costco.com and click the 'Photo' link.
Click the 'Get Started' button.
Click the 'forgot password?' link in the log in area.

Enter the email address currently stored in your account and click the 'ok' button.
An email with your password will automatically be sent to you.
Once you receive the email, return to the Costco Photo Center and log in again.

When I enter my password I keep getting an incorrect password error. What should I do?

Enter your password one more time to be absolutely sure that it is being entered correctly. We can send your password to the email address currently listed in your account if you click the 'forgot password?' link on the login page.
