We guarantee your satisfaction with photo gifts or prints you purchase from us. All items (prints, enlargements, posters, photo DVDs, etc.) purchased from the Costco Photo Center can be returned to your local Costco warehouse. Please have a copy of your order confirmation email with the items you wish to return. If you would like to return via the mail, please complete the customer support form or call 1-866-459-9284 (toll free) for assistance.
When can I expect to see a credit for my return?
Please allow at least 2-3 business days for us to contact you. We will send an email notification when a credit has been applied to your account. After you receive the email, please allow 3-5 business days for the credit to show up.
If I have placed an order but not received it, can I cancel it?
We can't cancel or adjust orders that have already been placed. If you believe there is an error with your order, please contact customer support.
