Overview

Create unique, personalized photo gifts using your very own photos. During the ordering process, you can decide whether you'd like to ship photos or gifts to yourself or to friends and family members.

Please note: you can return to most gifts at any time prior to placing your order. Locate the gift you would like to revisit in your cart and click the 'edit' link.

How to Create Photo Gifts

Click the 'store' tab at the top of most pages of the Costco Photo Center to view our many photo products. Click any of the items listed in the 'photo products' to learn more.

When you have found a gift that you would like to create, click the box for the type of gift or the 'create' button that pertains to the gift you have chosen.

The first step in creating many of our gifts is choosing the album that contains the photo you would like to use with your gift. However, since this information is intended to apply to as many gifts as possible, some gifts might require a slightly different set of steps. Please take a second to look at the gifts covered in the help topics to see if the gift you would like to create is listed there. They are also listed below. If you find the gift you would like to create listed in either place, then it has a slightly different process.

The next step is generally to choose a style or theme for your gift.

Once you have selected your gift and selected a style or type or theme for your gift, it is time to choose your photo. If you notice a resolution warning triangle then that means your photo is at a resolution that will negatively impact the quality of your image.

Tip: You can choose a different photo by clicking any of the photos on the left hand side. However, if you choose a new photo then you will lose any edits you might have made.

Common Questions about Photo Gifts

How long will it take to get my photo gift?

We process and ship your order within 5 to 7 days. Depending on the shipping method you selected, and whether or not the U.S. Postal service is experiencing delays will affect how long it takes to receive your gifts.

Can photo gifts be sent directly to others?

We can ship your gift to any address in the United States. There are no prices displayed on the packing slip included with photo gifts. All items in your shopping cart will be shipped to one address. This means we can't split up your order to send photo gifts to one address and prints to another. To send items to different addresses you'll need to place separate orders.

Are there recommended resolutions for photo gifts?

A general minimum resolution is 900 X 600 pixels. If your photo is at a resolution that will negatively impact the quality of your photo gift, then we will warn you with the resolution warning triangle .

Can I mail Costco Photo Center a photo to add to a photo gift for me?

Unfortunately, no. You can only use the photos stored in your Costco Photo Center albums online to create photo gifts. If you have a print that you would like to use on a photo gift, or share with your friends and family, you can scan your photo and upload it to your Costco Photo Center account.

Is there a return or refund policy for photo gifts?

We stand by the quality of any of the gifts you make using the Costco Photo Center. You can return any item with no cost to yourself. Please contact customer support for more information.
