What do I do if my saved credit card has expired?
If you would like to update your saved credit card information at any time, follow the steps below:
Why have I been charged when I haven't yet received anything?
If you have placed an order that you would like shipped to you, then we must charge your credit card at the time the order is shipped. This means you will see a charge applied to your credit card before the order actually arrives. Shipped orders typically arrive within 5 to 7 business days from the time they are placed. There are occasionally delays due to the U.S. Postal Service that are beyond our control, but most customers receive their orders within 5 to 7 days.
How come there is a $1.00 charge from the Costco Photo Center on my credit card?
In order to validate your card, we ask the financial institution that issued your card to authorize us to charge $1.00 to your card. We know that the card is valid if they reply that we are authorized to charge your card. There is no actual charge made, the authorization should expire and will no longer appear on your card.
If you are concerned, please verify this with the issuer of your credit card. Please also contact our customer support department for more information.
Who can I contact about charges on my card?
When you place an order and pay online using your credit card, we will send you an itemized list of what was ordered and the cost. If you have any questions about charges to your credit card check the itemized email, visit our Pricing page for a list of items and their cost, or contact our customer support department for assistance.
