The 'Order Status' section of the Costco Photo Center features detailed information on your past and current Costco Photo Center orders (specifically for print orders, enlargements, posters, photo gifts, and photo DVDs).

If at any time you experience an error while using our website please try any of the solutions listed below.

Retrace your steps

The same advice that works for finding your keys, often works for navigating online resources. Try to remember which area of the website you were last using and click the appropriate tab, or link. Try to only use the 'back' button of your web browser as a last resort because it can sometimes cause problems when placing orders, such as duplicates, when uploading photos or when working on gifts.

Reboot

Sometimes the only option when your computer is stuck, is to reboot the whole thing and start over. The same thing is true for web browsers. If your browser is not responding, or 'frozen', or if it has 'locked up', then try closing it. Start a whole new session by returning to the photo center website and logging in again. Errors can occur for a variety of reasons, but restarting your session is a great way to reset any problem. Please note that in some cases when a browser is unresponsive, work that has been done on a gift or a photo, or any uploads that were in progress might have to be started again.

We have dedicated staff with a lot of experience using our website who can offer some tips and tricks to make using the Costco Photo Center even easier.


Return an item or request a refund

We guarantee your satisfaction with photo gifts or prints you purchase from us. You can return or exchange any item at no cost to you. Costco Photo Center products collected at a warehouse (prints, enlargements, posters, photo DVDs) can be returned to any Costco warehouse. Unfortunately, items purchased online (prints, enlargements, posters, photo gifts, stationery, or photo DVDs) will have to be returned a bit differently.
