The 'account' link at the top right of most pages of the Costco Photo Center website is your access point to modify your personal information. You can use this link to:
Any order you make through the Costco Photo Center website is added to the 'order status' section where you can view the details of your orders, including a breakdown of the charges for each order. Your order status is easily accessible from most pages of the Costco Photo Center, click the 'order status' tab and click any individual order for more details.
If you need to change your personal information, click the 'account' link at the top right of most pages. You can change your name, email address, mailing address or credit card information. Follow the steps below to edit your account.
Your Costco Photo Center address book contains the addresses of anyone that you have shared your photos with in the past or invited to a group room as well as any entries you might have already made. From your address book you can easily create groups of emails to help you share photos more effectively, import addresses from Outlook, edit entries and remove any addresses you no longer need.

To edit or delete any of your contacts, click the links below the contact. If you would like to edit the contact's information, enter it into the fields provided. If you would like to delete a contact, confirm the deletion by clicking the 'delete' button on the popup.

Within the 'email upload preferences' section, you can select how your emailed photos will be organized, whether or not you would like an email notification when you upload photos by email and you can associate any addresses that you use to send photos with your Costco Photo Center account.
The third section is very important. If you have more than one email address that you wish to email photos from, then you need to associate them with your Costco Photo Center account in this section. When we receive photos from an account that is associated with your Costco Photo Center account, we automatically add them to your account. If you send photos from an email address that is not associated with your account, they will not be added to your account until that address has been properly associated. Once you associate an email address that you have used to send photos to your Costco Photo Center Account, any photos that were sent prior to the association will become available.
Note: The email address that you use to log in, and that we use to contact you is displayed here and is automatically associated with your account. If you have a new email address, return to the account section and change your email address in the personal information section.
If you have photos on your cell phone that you would like to send to your account, then follow the steps below.
Before you send photos from your cell phone make sure to update your cell phone number in the personal information section of your account. If you use a different email address on your cell phone than the one you use to log in to the Costco Photo Center, then make sure that email address is associated with your account. You can do this before or after sending your photos from your phone.
To enter your cell number or associate an email address, click the account link in the top right corner of most pages of the Costco Photo Center. To enter your cell number, click the 'edit your cell preferences' located in the 'cell preferences' section. Enter your cell phone number in the popup window. To associate an email with your account, click 'edit your email preferences' and click the 'add email' link in the 'associated addresses' section. Enter the email address you use to send photos from your cell phone.
When you have logged in, you can view your photos in a folder called 'Emailed Photos' that will have the date you sent the photos in the name as well.
NOTE:
Costco Photo Center will NEVER delete photos from your computer or phone.
What do I do if I have forgotten my password?
We'll send your password to the email address stored in your Costco Photo Center account. Just follow these steps:

What if I need to change the email address that I use to log in and that you use to contact me?
Follow the steps below to modify your account information, including your login and contact email address.
Enter the new address that you wish to use into the email field provided.
When you are finished updating your personal information, click the 'update' button.
Can I cancel my account?
